Senior product manager who takes products from idea to revenue.

Select a stage to see where I have led it.

14+ years leading products in fintech, consumer subscription, healthcare and marketplaces, from a Fortune 100 platform to first launches. I work hands-on inside the team: discovery, specs, experiments and analytics. Recent results include a fintech platform grown from 400 to 10,000+ users, a paywall series that lifted in-app purchase conversion 20%, and a consumer platform taken from concept to production this year.

Available now for a senior product manager role, full-time or contract. Most recently 1 Second Everyday (Jan to Jul 2026) and Ristara (Jan to Aug 2026). Los Angeles, working remote.

Strengths beyond the core role

Growth and conversion

Onboarding, paywall and pricing experiments with revenue attached, run on data I have checked myself.

AI building

I trained in computer science at Penn, and since 2025 I have shipped software through Claude Code, with model routing, guardrails and evals built in.

Recent products I led

Happy to walk through any of them in detail: the problem, the decisions, and what the team owned after I left.

Principal Financial Group

Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Contract)
Aug 2022 to Aug 2023

A Fortune 100 fintech platform whose dashboard asked users to take in everything at once. I led a redesign of how value was revealed, gated on each user's readiness.

To move fast inside a large company, I built a prototype library and ran it on a weekly cycle.

10,000+

users in 12 months, up from 400, with a 45% conversion improvement.

3 per week

prototype variations tested, a startup cadence inside a Fortune 100 company.

1 Second Everyday

Senior Product Manager, Onboarding and Growth (Contract)
Jan 2026 to Jul 2026

I led onboarding and paywall experimentation for a consumer subscription app, starting by making the data trustworthy: I traced a Firebase Remote Config race condition in variant assignment and rebuilt the experiment and reporting pipeline in Amplitude and Firebase.

With clean data in place, I ran the paywall series and moved test handoffs to engineering onto JSON specs.

+20%

in-app purchase conversion from the paywall experiment series.

Ristara

Product Lead
Jan 2026 to Aug 2026

I led a consumer matchmaking platform from concept to production: product scope, Stripe billing across three currencies and three billing cycles, and entitlements enforced server-side.

It was built and verified through an LLM pipeline I designed, with cost-based model routing, guardrails that sit outside the model, and a three-layer eval stack.

14 SKUs

across USD, GBP and CAD, billed monthly, quarterly or annually.

Course corrections

Product judgment shows up when the plan meets reality. Three times I caught a problem early and turned it into a better result.

Caught early1 Second Everyday, 2026

Made the test data trustworthy before acting on it

The situation

A Firebase Remote Config race condition was mixing up variant assignment, so results from the running tests could not be relied on.

What I did

Rebuilt assignment and reporting before reading a single result, then ran the paywall series on clean data. In-app purchase conversion rose 20%.

Caught earlyRistara, 2026

Kept AI-generated code honest

The situation

Generated code sometimes carried invented domain data that looked right, hardcoded values dressed up as computation, or simulated UI behavior.

What I did

Moved the safeguard outside the model: behavioral tests that assert outputs change when inputs change, and a 10-detector fabrication scanner that must come back clean twice.

PivotRentSpace, 2016

Pivoted to venues and found product-market fit in six months

The situation

RentSpace launched as a storage marketplace.

What I did

Moved to on-demand venues, tracked the conversion funnel closely, and reached product-market fit within six months, converting 45% above industry average.

How I work

Since 2023 I have taken product roles on demand, by choice. Founders, executives and hiring platforms bring me in when a product needs a senior owner, and each role ends with the team owning the system rather than depending on me. Across my career that adds up to 45+ clients and 100+ projects. What I want next is one product, a problem worth two years, and a team that ships.

I am hands-on. I work inside the dev team, write the specs, run the analytics and experiment readouts myself, and since 2025 I have shipped software through Claude Code.

My definition of done: deployed, and verified by hand on production.

What I work in

Analytics and experiments
Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Firebase, SQL, BigQuery
Revenue
Stripe, RevenueCat
With the team
Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro
When I build
Claude Code, Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL
